TOWARD THE WITHIN (1994)

Nel settembre 1994 i Dead Can Dance rilasciano "Toward The Within", il primo album live ufficiale, contenente 12 canzoni inedite.
"E' un peccato che noi non abbiamo registrato molte delle loro performance live.", afferma Ivo.
"Io penso che il loro lavoro non è espresso al massimo del suo potenziale nel disco. Loro avrebbero voluto scrivere canzoni, possibilmente registrarle e suonarle dal vivo. L'esperienza live dei Dead Can Dance è più rappresentativa delle singole canzoni poichè li spinge oltre.".

 

In September 1994 Dead Can Dance released "Toward The Within", a live album recorded the previous year on their United States tour, with 12 unreleased tracks.
"It's a shame we didn't record more of their live performances", says Ivo.
"I think that they work is not rapresented to it's potential on record. They would write songs, possibly record them and then play them live. The live experience of Dead Can Dance was most rapresentative of the songs since it pushed them further.".
